Case Story - Pet and Baby Friendly Carpet Cleaning

Our company got a call recently from a young married couple

They had a six month old baby who was getting around quite a bit. They had a small dog before the baby, but the dog was getting up in years and wasn't very playful. They thought they would solve that problem by getting a small puppy that could grow with the baby and would allow the baby to pet him. Well as you can guess, the two dogs seemed to have a problem with each other. The puppy was being house trained and would sometimes urinate in the wrong place. This caused the older dog to urinate over the spot to mark his territory. Added to that the baby was crawling and getting into things, including the mess the dogs were making.

First call the parents made was to a vet who specialized in dog behaviors. They now had two dogs that only went outside and so it didn’t matter if they urinated over each other to mark their spot. For the other problem they had called us. They needed professional carpet cleaning from a reliable source. They also needed Eco friendly products used, because the baby would chew on anything if she couldn’t get it into her mouth and they didn’t want her to get sick by using harsh chemicals. Further they needed the pet stains and odor removal completed so that the baby didn’t have a problem being on the floor and so any visitors they had would not be inconvenienced by the smell.

So we scheduled a time for us to get there, and started on our way. When we got there the dogs were in their respective kennels so that they didn’t get in the way. The carpet and furniture had been vacuumed already so we got to work moving the furniture to one side of the room to start work on the floor. Once we cleaned that part of the carpet we made sure to clean the furniture so that we weren’t putting dirty furniture on clean carpet. We then moved the clean furniture over to the clean carpet. We also added protective pads under the now clean furniture so that it would reduce the chance of marking the carpet.

It was done professionally and as quickly as possible in order to cause as little inconvenience as possible. The parents could really tell the difference in the smell and that there were no stains. We always love to see our customers happy with the results!
